Water Conservation Program
Do you have a leaky faucet, leaky toilet or an unsafe or non-working water heater?
The Water Conservation Program is a program that provides assistance to eligible low-income Wisconsin households with supply water conservation measures. These measures include the repair or replacement of leaky, unsafe or non-working water heaters, leaky fixtures, toilets and/or piping.
Apply for Energy Assistance and once your application is complete, we will refer your home to the Water Conservation program to assess and repair your water conservation issues.

A charming historical Mississippi River town located approx. 1 hour south of St. Paul, Minnesota. Nelson, a village in Buffalo County, with a population of approx. 395. Back in 1832 Thompson, Trimble & Morton became the owners of the sections of land. In 1837 J. W. Rhodes and Thomas Nelson platted a village and began the erection of a Mill. The Village of Nelson is located on the east side of the Mississippi River, just across the bridge from Wabasha.
